1 Introduction and Definitions

pklcuk offers a welcome bonus for new members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions and these are subject to change.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; you must wager ৳15,000 before withdrawing.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once.
• Any attempt to use a bonus across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses and winnings being forfeited.
• Not all games can be played with a bonus — restrictions may apply to certain games.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days; once expired, the balance will be removed automatically.
• If a bonus offer has specific conditions, these will be stated on that offer's page.

5.3 VIP Program

pklcuk offers three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Through continued active gaming, a member can gradually advance to higher tiers. pklcuk reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

pklcuk is committed to providing a safe and fair gaming environment. Our platform uses SSL encryption and there is no way to interfere with game results.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, disconnection, or software issue, we will review the outcome of that round and make a decision. In such cases, our decision will be considered final.
